1. Acceptance
By using WeTwo (the "App") you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The App is in closed beta testing (TestFlight): errors and changes are possible. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. What the App is
An app for two people: a calendar, tasks, wish list, lists and a savings jar. The savings jar is a tracking tool only: the App does not hold money, process payments, act as a bank or investment service, or give financial advice.
3. Account
- You must be at least 16 years old (see the Policy, §8).
- You are responsible for a valid email, your password, and everything that happens under your account.
- One account — one person. A pair is two accounts linked by a one-time invite code (valid for 15 minutes). Share the code only with the person you want to pair with.
4. The pair and shared data
By joining a pair you agree that shared records are visible to and editable by both people. Records marked personal or hidden are not shown to your partner. When a pair is disconnected, shared records are copied to both people as personal ones. If one person deletes their account, shared records remain with the other (see the Policy, §6).
5. Your content and rules
Content remains yours; you give us the right to store, sync and show it to you and your partner solely so the App can work. You may not: upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights; interfere with the service or try to access other people's data; use the App to monitor a person without their knowledge.
6. Availability and changes
The App is provided "as is". We aim for reliability and data safety but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of errors. Please don't keep the only copy of critical data in the App. We may change features and these terms (we'll tell you about material changes in the App).
7. Paid features
The App is currently free with no in-app purchases. If they appear, payment and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the App. We may restrict or close an account for violating these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties will try to resolve disputes by correspondence over email; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of your place of residence.
11. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App, support or claims; if you accepted via the App Store, Apple may enforce the terms as a third-party beneficiary.
